Istanbul is a very beautiful city indeed. Very very beautiful and unique! Traveling to this continents really open up my mind about the history and culture in Turkey. But it's so sad seeing the Muslim in Turkey. It makes me feel so grateful Alhamdulillah being born as a Muslim in Malaysia that still hold a very strong believe in Quran and ajaran Rasulullah S.A.W.

Thanks to hubby! After Italy, I really looking forward to go to Istanbul a long time ago (especially when I saw my cousin kakijalan entry ) and he accomplished my dream again. We love u dearly, and you are the best travel partner I've ever got. Will upload all the pictures taken by him in the next entry...marvelous! Wa caya sama lu bebs! muahs muahs muahs!

What is a journey?
A journey is not a trip
It's not a vacation
It's a process. A discovery.
It's a process of self-discovery.
A journey brings us face-to-face to ourselves.
A journey shows us not only the world,
But how we fit in it.
Does the person create a journey
or does the journey create the person?
The journey is life itself.
Where will life take you?
~Taken from LV's advertisement. I truly love the meaning lies from it!~

I lived in Turkey before, but I was in Ankara. It was pretty dead actually, even golf course pon tak ada. But it was 8 years ago, tatau lah kot now dah berubah.

Been to Istanbul too, about 5 hours drive from Ankara. Indeed, Istanbul is beautiful. I just love the Blue Mosque and Haiya Sophea. Architecture yang sangat cantek ...

True what you said, dorang punya Muslim tak mcm kita. They eat pork, bela anjing mcm bela kucing. Bila I lari dari anjing, ada my husband's officemate tanya " why are you running away from dogs ? They are not going to harm you ". Memang tak harm, but nanti nak kena samak bagai ...bengong betol ...

The muslims can kawin the non-muslim tak payah convert pon tak apa. But kalau pergi bahagian pendalaman sana, still banyak lah Muslim yang betul betul Muslim, like pakai tudong and all ....

Turkey is nice lah for a holiday ..but to live ...I wont do it again. 6 months is enough, cant cope with the weather, specially winter. It could go up to -20C, and a scorcher hot in summer ...

Rini, I think they are Muslim yg jenis ignorant. Lebih kurang macam some yg dekat neighbouring country kita. Tapi macam u ckp not all like dat....BTW, we all ada jumpa one professor Arab dari Dubai pun pelik how come the Muslim ada yg jenis minum tunggang terbalik, then lepas tu pergi sembahyang kat Masjid..macam some of the Iranians. Isk isk isk...

I can imagine Ankara macam mana...I guess I pun takut nak live there lama2 coz nak drive pun susah, language tak faham, pergi visiting oklah kan. I suka the city, cantik and unique..maybe because bentuk muka bumi dia berbukit-bukit then ada rumah yg mcm antique tersusun kat bukit2 tu..then ada laut besar...cantiklah!
Ina, I think better u ambil full time maid. Daily maid u need to pay for their transportation...u live outside the city kan, takut tak viable nak bayar tambang taxi they all pergi & balik. Nnt I'll msg u la k.
